Women always want to be attractive and smart but if u have not contacted any consultant then after delivery its difficult for you to remain beautiful and smart. Many women seem worried about the gain in weight and try to reduce the weight but it is quite rare that they actually achieve it.

1-Firstly decide that how much serious are you in reducing weight ?Is your decision going to last for 2 to 3 month only ? because it is very important that you decide that how much serious are you ? otherwise your all hard work will go in vein and your weight can again increase.

2-During delivery many doctors advice you to eat a lot because during this procedure half of your energy is going to your baby but after that women become habitual of this and don’t notice their increasing weight.

Try to eat balanced diet such as pulses, vegetables etc It will help you in regaining your lost energy and try to avoid sweet item specially chocolate. It will increase your weight to a dangerous level. Its important to contact your doctor so that he guides you about balanced and appropriate diet .

3- Many mothers avoid lactation because they think this might ruin their body shape. Women shouldn’t think like that because lactation is not only important for the baby but it also removes extra calories and energy from your body and transfer it to the baby .That is why your body weight remains naturally normal.

4- After atleast month or two months of delivery avoid complete bed rest and try to indulge your self in daily chores . Taking more rest will increase the amount of fats in your body which causes your body to look fat. That’s why try to do your work on your own.

5-After two months of delivery start walking and light exercise. Daily walk for 15 is very beneficial. If you know how to do yoga then it is more beneficial. It will help you not only in remaining active but also would divert your attention.

6-Stress and depression should be avoided this will allow you to divert your attention from yourself Because of that what you want to do and what you are doing is not clear and unknowingly you increase your weight and then feel tired and exhausted.

7- Always carry on your struggle of losing weight and along with it be in contact with your gynecologist so that she can guide you properly. Remember that your body is very important for yourself and never ignore it. Always take care of yourself so that you can take care of the people around you too.
